AIDriven IT Project Management Intern

About the role:
We are looking for an IT Project Management Intern who is excited about the AI space and wants to help shape how AI can be applied to real project and program management challenges.
This role is intentionally exploratory. We do not have a predefined list of AI tools or solutions waiting for you on day one. Instead, you will be given:
- real challenges faced by a project/program management team
- space to explore, research, experiment, and propose solutions
- support to test ideas in practice, not just theory
What you’ll do :
- Support IT projects and programs in day-to-day execution (planning, tracking, coordination, reporting)
- Explore how AI can improve project and program management, including:
- researching existing and emerging AI tools
- identifying opportunities for automation or augmentation
- proposing concrete use cases and small experiments
- Design and test proofs of concept, pilots, or lightweight implementations
- Help evolve how the program management team works - tools, processes, and habits
- Work closely with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand real pain points
- Communicate actively with people - AI is a key focus, but human interaction remains essential
- Turn ideas into action, not just slides - we need you to be bold and take action!
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Basic understanding of project / program management concepts
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and experimentation
- Willingness to search, evaluate, and test AI tools - even when the path is not clearly defined
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort talking to people, asking questions, and challenging the status quo
- A proactive mindset - you are comfortable working with problems before solutions exist
- Full time availability during the internship
Nice to haves :
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, copilots, automation, or analytics
- Interest in how AI changes ways of working, not just technology
- Experience experimenting, tinkering, or self learning outside formal coursework
