This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

• Follow ABB agile development processes and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement clarification, development, testing, and release.
• Develop and maintain software features and business logic using C#, Python, and related technologies.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and defect fixing to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with global development teams, especially frontend application teams, on integration and end-to-end testing.
• Support customer pilot projects for new products and features, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Contribute to AI-enabled and robotic application solutions for industrial automation scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, robotics, AI, automation, or related technical fields.
• Basic understanding of industrial robotic applications such as painting, welding, grinding, machine tending, assembly, or material handling.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Large Language Models (LLM), Agentic AI, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or Embodied AI.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies and translating innovation into customer value.

• 遵循ABB敏捷开发流程，参与需求澄清、功能开发、测试验证及版本发布全过程。
• 使用C#、Python等技术开发和维护软件功能及业务逻辑。
• 负责功能测试、问题排查与缺陷修复，确保产品质量。
• 与Global研发团队，特别是前端应用团队紧密合作，完成系统集成与联调测试。
• 负责新产品及新功能的客户Pilot项目，收集客户反馈并推动持续改进。
• 参与面向工业机器人和智能自动化场景的软件及AI解决方案开发。

岗位要求：

• 计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、机器人、人工智能、电气工程或相关工科硕士及以上学历。
• 1-3年软件开发、机器人、人工智能、自动化或相关领域工作经验。
• 对工业机器人应用场景具有基本了解，如喷涂、焊接、打磨、上下料、装配等。
• 具备以下一个或多个领域实践经验者优先：大语言模型（LLM）、Agentic AI、机器视觉、机器学习、具身智能等。
• 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力、沟通能力及团队协作能力。
• 对新技术保持好奇心和学习热情，能够将技术创新转化为客户价值。
