Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Visual & Motion Creator to join our creative team. In this role, you will create high-quality visual and video content using AI tools, motion design and traditional design software. You will work closely with designers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to produce campaign assets for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Create AI-generated visuals, characters, backgrounds and campaign assets
• Produce short-form videos, animations and motion graphics
• Adapt creative content into different formats and sizes
• Support the team with social media, website, advertising and promotional content
• Edit and improve AI-generated images and videos
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Work closely with designers and marketing teams on campaign briefs
• Research and test new AI tools, workflows and creative techniques
• Manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time
Essential Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, video creation or motion design
• Relevant training and certification at EQF Level 5
• A strong portfolio showing AI visuals, AI video generation, animations or creative campaigns
• Experience working with AI tools such as Higgsfield ai, King, Seedance, Sora or similar
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar software
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, typography and storytelling
• Strong knowledge of AI image and video generation tools
• Ability to edit and refine AI-generated content professionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time-management skills

Skills Required
