The Team
Norton Rose Fulbright is in the process of delivering an ongoing global programme to test, select and adopt AI across all business units and legal teams in a safe and responsible way. To deliver on this programme, the Business Transformation Team is recruiting for an AI Transformation Project Manager role.
The Business Transformation Team is a multi-disciplinary team covering project management, business analysis, change management & communications, data analysis & reporting and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management, analysis and delivery of AI projects (including business case definition; project plans; requirements analysis; process improvement reviews and mapping; data modelling and analysis; solution assessment; implementation planning; UAT; training).
- Develop and manage project control documentation (such as project plans; action logs; RAID logs).
- Support planning and analysis by providing structural advice on ways of working, organisation design, processes and technology.
- Guide the analysis of processes and systems, re-engineering processes for efficiency gains, cost savings and standardisation.
- Identify tactical fixes to remove pain points.
- Support change management, AI adoption and communications by identifying change impacts and inputting to the appropriate sequencing and timing of change delivery as well as creating relevant comms and training.
- Support stakeholder definition and mapping.
- Support the definition and tracking of success metrics, ROI measurements and benefits realisation and reporting.
- Help educate colleagues in project delivery tools and skills.
- Identify and communicate interdependencies between projects and actively work to reduce siloes across the business.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong experience in utilising a wide range of project management approaches and tools, understanding where and how to adjust and apply these.
- Experience working on large scale, complex, multi-geographical/global transformation programmes (legal sector desirable)
- Ability to present formal / informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner and ability to write clearly and confidently for a variety of stakeholder audience groups.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format across a range of audiences
- Strong understanding and experience of change management, adoption and communication principles and methodologies.
- Experience, or a strong interest, in AI technology solutions and how they can deliver value to our firm and clients.
- Strong interest in emerging technology and adoption methods.
- Collaborative and flexible approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating within an ambiguous and changeable environment, tailoring the approach as necessary.
- Ability to act decisively and move projects with pace.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is adaptable and pragmatic.
- Adept at process analysis, producing process documentation and process modelling.
- Workshop facilitation skills.
- Prince II/APMP/Scrum/Six Sigma or other project management or process improvement qualifications (desirable).
- Experience in the legal sector or professional services (desirable).
