AI Business Transformation Manager (w/f/x)About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious AI Business Transformation Manager to help drive our AI transformation journey across the organization. This role is ideal for an emerging AI transformation professional who combines strong business process thinking with experience in digital transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled change. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases that create measurable business value. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a broader enterprise AI leadership role over time, helping shape how AI is adopted responsibly and effectively across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities that improve business processes, operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer value.
  • Partner with business functions to understand challenges, analyze end-to-end processes, and translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support the development of AI business cases, define success metrics, and track value realization and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with data, technology, and business teams to deliver AI initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support prioritization and execution of AI transformation initiatives.
  • Promote adoption of AI-enabled ways of working through stakeholder engagement, user enablement, and change management activities.
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with responsible AI principles, enterprise governance standards, data privacy requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and enterprise AI best practices, helping identify new opportunities for innovation.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the organization's AI transformation capabilities and governance framework.
Your ProfileEducation & Experience
  • University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A few years of professional experience in AI, analytics, digital transformation, consulting, product management, process improvement, or a comparable business transformation role.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives within a business environment, ideally in B2B or other complex enterprise organizations.
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
Business & Transformation Expertise
  • Understanding of business process management, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process redesign.
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and identify opportunities where AI, automation, or data-driven solutions can create measurable business value.
  • Experience contributing to business cases, KPI definition, value realization, or performance measurement.
  • Strong interest in expanding from process improvement into broader AI-driven business transformation.
AI & Governance Knowledge
  • Good understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical business applications.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions such as copilots, chatbots, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and generative AI applications.
  • Experience supporting the implementation, rollout, or optimization of AI or analytics solutions in collaboration with business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and enterprise governance principles.
  • Interest in developing expertise in enterprise AI governance, AI risk management, and regulated AI environments.
Stakeholder & Collaboration Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across business, technology, data, and governance teams.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting project delivery.
  • Exposure to change management, user adoption, training, or organizational enablement activities.
