We are building a powerful fleet of specialized AI microservices and a "Demo to Prod" toolchain, but technology alone doesn't change a company—execution does.
As the Internal Forward Deployed Service, you are the "special forces" of our AI initiative. You operate at the intersection of Product, Support, Engineering, and General Functions (HR, Finance, Legal). You don't just write specs; you get your hands dirty in workflows, unblock teams, and drive the product enhancements that make our AI-native operating model a reality for everyone.
Your mission is to ensure that no team—whether they are building software or supporting customers—is left behind. You will be "forward deployed" into various business units to act as both an evangelist for our AI tools and a critical feedback loop for our core developers. You are responsible for ensuring that the promise of "agentic workflows" is kept for every team you touch, from the Engineering floor to the Support Ops center.
What You'll Do:- Unblock Functions Across the Board: Identify and eliminate friction points preventing teams from adopting AI. Whether it’s a permissioning bottleneck in Finance, a data serialization issue in Support, or a lack of documentation in Engineering—you find it and fix it.
- Redefine Human-Centric Workflows: Partner with Support Ops and General Functions to turn manual "one-off" tasks (like email responses or data entry) into one-shot, AI-augmented workflows.
- Drive Product Enhancements: Act as the voice of the internal user. Use deep dives into Support and Engineering workflows to influence the roadmap for our AI microservice fleet.
- Hands-on Implementation: You are a technical generalist. You will contribute to prototypes, refine prompts for specific business use cases (e.g., automated support resolution), and assist in the "Demo to Prod" transition for high-leverage features.
- Cross-Functional Evangelism: Conduct workshops and create "how-to" guides that speak the language of the department you are supporting—translating complex AI capabilities into simple, high-impact functional tools.
- The "Swiss Army Knife" Generalist: You have a strong technical background (Senior/Staff level) but excel at product strategy and organizational unblocking. You can talk architecture with SREs and process-flow with Support Leads.
- A Relentless Unblocker: You are frustrated by inefficiency in any form. You have a track record of identifying bottlenecks in diverse environments and building the technical or process-driven solutions needed to clear them.
- Systems & Process Thinker: You understand our "Human Centric Workflows" philosophy. You are excited by the idea of moving the entire company—not just Engineering—from static specifications to agentic, autonomous implementations.
- Change Management Expert: You know how to bring people along on a journey. You can navigate the diverse political and technical landscapes of a global organization to drive adoption.
This is a high-visibility role with massive organizational leverage. You might spend one week unblocking a travel-servicing agent flow and the next week helping a design team automate their PR process. Your success is measured by the total efficiency gain of the company and the speed at which manual workflows are retired.
We are building the bridge between today’s manual processes and tomorrow’s agentic reality. If you want to be the catalyst that turns AI potential into company-wide excellence, let’s talk.
