Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Global Education is responsible for creating innovative training strategies, and the design, development, and delivery of training content across the MSI solutions/product portfolio. Our training services address the educational needs of our Motorola Solutions customers, partners and employees, enabling each group to be more efficient, effective, and ensure established business and operational outcomes are met.
Job Description

Under the direction of Global Education, the AI Training Specialist will work with the Employee & Partner Training Team to design, develop, and administer engaging AI learning programs for internal employees.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Assist on the assessment, design, development, and evaluation of the company’s strategic AI program

• Define and track metrics to measure AI training effectiveness 

• Conduct sessions with internal employees on utilizing AI tools and best practices

• Facilitate an internal community of practice to promote learning and adoption

• Design interactive, visually engaging online training modules that explain to employees how to use the AI tools they have available to them

• Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) into learning design processes to accelerate development timelines and scale content creation 

• Additional support for the Global Education team as needed to support employee training

Qualifications:

• Strong individual contributor and team player

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

• A self-motivator with solid organizational skills & excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience developing online training using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud) 

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, content modularization, and task-based learning 

• Demonstrated interest in AI and experience using generative AI tools in content development or delivery

• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional learning environment preferred 

Target Base Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. 

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• OR 1+ years of designing and developing training content or similar business experience

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
