The Role

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented AI Training Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, with a background in data analysis or technical support, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

You’ll help us with the following questions and challenges:

What are exciting problems/challenges that the team/collective/role will be working on?

  • Analyze the structure and content of various document types to optimize AI training.

  • Review data captured by end-users to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot AI predictions to improve model performance.

  • Assess AI performance and prepare customer-friendly recommendations on annotation practices, workflow improvements, and efficiency gains.

  • Evaluate the automation level for specific customers and provide tailored recommendations on how to boost it.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with AI research and product teams to identify areas for improving the AI models and overall system.

  • Assisting the account team on all steps of the customer journey by providing support, guidance, and training to customers and your colleagues on AI-related topics.

  • Communicating complex AI-related insights and solutions clearly to customers, ensuring they understand how to adjust their processes for better results.

This role contributes directly to our mission of improving AI model accuracy and customer success by bridging technical AI insights and real-world application.

You’ll work closely with the AI research, product, and account teams to align model development with customer needs.

You’ll also have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how AI supports our customers’ workflows and operational efficiency.

You should apply if:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience as a technical consultant, data analyst, or in technical customer support for SaaS software – this is a must.

  • You possess highly developed analytical skills since about 60% of your time will be spent analyzing and troubleshooting.

  • You have a strong customer-oriented mindset, taking pride in clear, structured communication and going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

  • You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.

  • You can work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and provide clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical users.

  • You have a demonstrated interest in AI and machine learning technologies.

  • Working knowledge of JSON is required.

  • Basic skills in SQL and Python are a plus.

  • Exposure to document processing or data annotation workflows is a bonus.
