Job Responsibilities:
Technical Program Leadership & Innovation
- Lead complex AI program initiatives across multiple teams and workstreams
- Drive technical integration planning and execution across ML components
- Establish program management best practices for AI project delivery
- Define and track success metrics for technical programs
- Coordinate data readiness and model release planning
- Drive process improvements and standardization
Team & Project Coordination
- Orchestrate collaboration between ML, platform, and data operations teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams
- Manage external vendor and partner relationships
- Drive alignment on technical priorities and objectives
- Present program status to leadership
- Build strong partnerships across teams
Program Execution & Scale
- Manage program backlogs and cross-team dependencies
- Ensure technical dependency management and risk mitigation
- Drive integration efforts between different components
- Track and communicate program status and risks
- Monitor and optimize program execution efficiency
- Coordinate release planning and delivery
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience managing AI/ML projects and initiatives
- Strong background in Agile methodologies
- Track record of delivering complex technical programs
Technical Expertise
- Understanding of ML development lifecycle and requirements
- Familiarity with ML infrastructure and operations
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Experience with project management tools
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services
- Familiarity with data operations and quality requirements
Leadership & Communication
- Strong program planning and execution skills
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Proven ability to drive technical decisions through influence
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic planning and risk management skills
