Mission
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced engineer to lead our AI Integration team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
This is what you will be contributing to:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, overseeing multiple engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Hands on development of AI related tasks, like: doing the planning, writing the code, doing the code review, deploying, etc.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team.
- Review and approve designs, code, and other technical artifacts.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s technical strategy and roadmap, identifying and evaluating new technologies, tools, and processes that can enhance the engineering team’s productivity and product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering-related matters.
- Ensure alignment between engineering efforts and business objectives.
Experience & skill set you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Python, Java, or C++, and proficiency with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and debugging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
