AI / Systems Analyst Intern

• Assist the Business Analyst and platform teams with data collection, organization, and baseline documentation
• Conduct systems analysis tasks: cataloging tools, documenting integration dependencies, and mapping current-state workflows
• Support gap analysis efforts: identifying what knowledge, processes, or system capabilities are missing relative to the AI operating model
• Help prepare materials and structured data inputs needed for AI project initiation
• Research AI tools, platforms, and approaches relevant to the team's work and summarize findings
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to documentation of decisions and action items
• Assist with quality checks on knowledge base content, data, or process documentation
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks across the organization

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Prior internship, project, or coursework experience involving systems analysis, data work, or AI/technology
• Familiarity with data tools: Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL
• Exposure to AI concepts, tools, or platforms even through coursework or self-directed learning
• Experience with documentation or project tracking tools (Confluence, Jira, Notion, or equivalent) is a plus

• Systems thinking: ability to understand how components connect and identify gaps or dependencies
• Data organization: collecting, structuring, and presenting data clearly
• Research and summarization: gathering information from multiple sources and distilling it into actionable outputs
• Communication: clear written documentation and participation in stakeholder-facing discussions
• Learning agility: picks up new tools, concepts, and processes quickly
• Attention to detail: accurate and thorough in documentation and analysis tasks

• Eager to learn and genuinely curious about AI and how technology powers modern support operations
• Organized and reliable and delivers on commitments and asks for help when needed
• Collaborative team member who contributes ideas and takes feedback well
• Proactive: identifies tasks that need doing without always waiting to be asked
