As our AI Enablement Lead, you will:- Partner with business leaders and our technical experts, including internal AI champions, to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable AI-enabled use cases.
- Guide AI adoption across tools and platforms to reduce duplication and maximize existing capabilities.
- Define and maintain a clear AI direction and phased roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Work with security, privacy, legal, and IT teams to establish practical guardrails for responsible AI use.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, aligning stakeholders and technical teams to enable scalable AI adoption across the organization.
- Experience shaping enterprise AI strategy or adoption, helping organizations move from experimentation to measurable impact.
- Strong judgment in balancing value, feasibility, and risk when prioritizing AI use cases.
- Ability to explain what AI can and cannot do in clear, practical terms, including trade-offs and limitations.
- Proven ability to influence decisions across complex, cross-functional environments, including executives, architects, and business leaders.
- Senior experience working across strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Exposure to AI governance, including privacy, security, compliance, or responsible AI frameworks.
- Background in data, analytics, automation, or intelligent platforms, with a focus on practical application.
- A pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset that prioritizes adoption and measurable results over experimentation alone.
