Job Summary:
As the AI Solutions Product Owner – Procurement , you will have the opportunity to support the transformation of the global operations organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Sourcing & Operations, you will dive into complex problems, develop and implement AI with management support, and work in a culture built on respect, performance, initiative and fun.
Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for AI solutions

Develop, train, deploy, and monitor AI & ML models
- Define KPIs to measure business impact (e.g., yield improvement, tool uptime, scrap reduction, cycle time)
- Support data cleansing and enrichment efforts
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and risks to leadership
- Ensure AI products comply with data governance, IP protection, security standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge in data science or AI
- Semiconductor experience is preferred but not required
onsemi is excited to share the base salary for this position is $101,200 for Masters degree exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
