We're looking for a builder. Someone who sees a broken process, opens Claude Code, and fixes it by lunch. Someone who ships solutions - not decks about solutions.
As our AI Solutions Developer, you'll work across every team in the company to identify inefficiencies and build tools that solve them. Product uploads taking too long? Automate it. Marketing team reviewing campaigns manually? Build a checker. Accounting drowning in invoices? Script it away.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You'll work directly with stakeholders, understand their pain points, and deliver working solutions fast.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Partner with teams across the company to identify manual, repetitive, or broken workflows.
- Build internal tools and automations using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
- Ship solutions end-to-end: scoping, building, testing, deploying, iterating
- Turn vague problems into working software - quickly.
- Stay ahead of the curve on AI tooling and bring new capabilities to the team.
Example projects:
- Automating product data preparation for website uploads.
- Building image processing pipelines.
- Creating QA tools for marketing campaigns.
- Generating email variations based on segmentation rules.
- Automating invoice verification and reconciliation.
Who You Are
Must-have:
- Strong technical foundation - you understand how software systems work (APIs, databases, scripting, data flows).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools - you've built real things with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
- Fast learner who stays current - AI tooling changes weekly, and you're already on it.
- Comfortable working A-Z: from understanding a problem to deploying a solution.
- Bias toward action - you'd rather ship something imperfect today than plan something perfect next month.
Nice-to-have:
- Background in software development, DevOps, or technical PM work.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) or RPA tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketing operations, or finance processes.
What This Role Is Not:
- This is not a research role - you won't be training models or publishing papers.
- This is not a traditional dev role - you'll use AI to write most of your code.
- This is not a consulting role - you'll build and own the solutions yourself.
