  • Responsible for assessing, defining and championing the IT architecture strategies, principles, policies and standards in alignment with the company's IT strategy and governing their use; coordinates with project teams to create, document, assess and/or validate the application and infrastructure architecture artifacts / designs for specific systems to meet organization security policies, governance, compliance and regulations and review the architecture artifacts with the stakeholders.

  • Applies enterprise architecture standards including styles, stacks, and patterns and applies them effectively. Develops project solution designs to meet business and technical requirements. Defines reference architectures aligned with IT technology standards to be reused as building blocks for other solutions. Participates as a change agent to drive strategic IT architecture direction - Cloud first, API first, DevOps , Agile etc. Leads and facilitates technical analysis, solution design, and technology domain sessions to drive optimum IT solutions. Builds strong relationships with customers and peers across IT to effectively promote solution development using standard technologies. Maintains awareness of emerging technologies, software trends, and tools. Considers multiple, varied alternatives and recommends appropriate solutions based on cost/benefit analysis. Facilitates and supports execution of pilot and or proof of concept activities to validate technology capabilities. Collaborates with project teams to understand requested capabilities and recommends the right set of technologies to meet the needs. Provides infrastructure capacity recommendations for new applications and systems.
Responsibilities

About the Role

The AI Solution Manager is part of the Digital organization and focuses on industrializing AI solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for taking AI PoCs developed by the AI Lab and transforming them into scalable, production-grade AI products. The position emphasizes solution implementation, platformization, and enterprise rollout rather than early-stage research or PoC development.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Industrialization
- Take AI PoCs from AI Lab and drive productization and large-scale deployment.
- Translate prototypes into robust, maintainable, and scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration into enterprise systems and workflows.
2. AI Platform (AI Middleware) Development
- Design and build enterprise AI middle platform (AI platform capabilities).
- Develop reusable AI components, services, and solution frameworks.
- Enable standardization and reuse of AI capabilities across multiple business scenarios.
3. Solution Implementation & Delivery
- Lead implementation of AI solutions from pilot to full-scale rollout.
- Define system architecture, data pipelines, and integration patterns.
- Ensure solution quality across scalability, reliability, and performance.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define requirements and productize AI solutions.
- Work with AI Lab, platform teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Align technical implementation with product roadmap and business priorities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in implementing AI/LLM solutions in production environments.
- Experience in system integration, software engineering, and AI solution architecture.
- Understanding of AI lifecycle: data, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience working on enterprise platforms or large-scale systems.
- Good collaboration skills with product, engineering, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in building AI platforms or middle-layer systems.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering domains.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise IT environments.
