Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an APA Solution Engineer, who can help drive unprecedented growth in applying Agentic Process Automation to solve real-world business challenges. As part of a very dynamic team, you will play a critical role in driving delivery and adoption of automation-driven solutions to drive business value for our organization, and help our program be a true ‘showcase’ of what is possible in digital transformation using our platform. You will work in a high-energy, fun, and engaging work environment with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
 

You’ll exceed your targets and be successful by:

• Demand Generation / Idea Assessment: Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate high-value automation ideas. Evaluate current business processes for automation opportunities.

• Solution Design: Develop automated process flows, specify AI agents/skills, and design user interfaces. Secure necessary design approvals and plan release schedules.

• Delivery of Automations: Build and deploy automations using the Automation Success Platform, ensuring they meet functional and quality standards. Provide documentation and training.

• Pre-Sales/Sales Support: Engage with stakeholders to validate designs, demo completed automations, and create solution artifacts for pre-sales.

• AI Assessment and Tool Advisory: Assess AI requirements, evaluate market tools, and advise on new AI tools/models.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• Expertise in automation technologies with hands-on experience in process mapping and automation design.

• Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives across departments.

• (ASSET) Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies.

• Process Mapping & Automation Design: Skills in defining automated flows and identifying key solution patterns.

• AI and UX Design Expertise: Understanding of AI capabilities and designing user-friendly interfaces.

• Effort Estimation & Release Planning: Proficiency in estimating effort and planning incremental releases.

• Technical Execution: Skill in building automations using approved designs.

• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of various agentic frameworks in the market, including tools, prompt engineering, and custom coding.
