Labcorp’s Corporate IT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Senior Software Engineer for the development of cutting-edge AI-powered test automation solutions. This role will focus on building shared services and platforms that empower the entire IT organization to leverage AI for efficient and intelligent testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
You will be responsible for developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and maintainable AI-driven testing tools and frameworks, contributing to improved software quality, faster release cycles, and reduced testing costs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain shared libraries, APIs, and tools that enable QA Engineers to integrate AI into their testing workflows. Deliver prototypes, reusable and shared components, advanced solutions.
- Develop and build AI-powered agents to automate test case generation and documentation.
- Create services to analyze and interpret test results and provide meaningful feedback.
- Integrate AI test automation solutions with existing SDLC tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, test management systems, issue tracking systems).
- Develop plugins and extensions to enhance the functionality of SDLC tools with AI-powered testing capabilities.
- Ensure seamless data flow and communication between different SDLC stages and AI test automation services.
- Monitor and continuously improve AI model performance through retraining and optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and test automation technologies.
- Research and evaluate new AI-powered tools and techniques for improving test automation efficiency
- Ensure all created services are performant, scalable and adhere to all security best practices
Requirements:
- 10 years of extensive experience in software development and test automation.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spring, C#, Python, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of user story to test case translation with methods like Gherkin/Cucumber or equivalent.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining shared services.
- Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) using tools such as Maven, Git, Sonar, Jenkins, JIRA.
- Work as a multi-skilled professional practicing Agile/SCRUM methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or foreign equivalent.
