Job Duties and Responsibilities

Legacy software development lifecycles require modernization to incorporate artificial intelligence tools, methodologies, and governance. This role addresses organizational friction, skill gaps, and risk management during the global transition from traditional SDLC to AI-enhanced development. Success depends on aligning executive leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to drive measurable AI adoption and productivity gains. The position bridges technical innovation from AI laboratories with enterprise-wide operational execution and cultural change.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
- Execute the global enterprise roadmap for transitioning traditional SDLC frameworks into AI-enhanced software development processes
- Establish key performance indicators and dashboard reporting to track AI adoption, process maturity, and financial return on investment for executive leadership
- Partner with Engineering Leads to embed AI governance, security controls, and ethical standards directly into modified SDLC decision gates
- Scale organizational capability by establishing an AI Champions network within engineering and deploying training programs across Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Manage the People and Culture risk register to proactively address role evolution, change resistance, and automation concerns across technical organizations
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
- Critical experience leading enterprise-scale change management, program management, or IT transformations within complex engineering environments
- Advanced AI application skills and deep knowledge of how AI tools, copilots, and automated testing modify traditional Agile and DevOps cycles
- Demonstrated capability to articulate complex technical transformations and metrics to non-technical executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence engineering-heavy cultures and drive behavioral adoption without direct authority
- Expertise in cross-functional stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and educational program development across technical and business functions
Additional Qualifications
Successful candidates will typically have:
- PMP, Prosci, or equivalent Change Management certification
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
- Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Program Management, or IT Transformation in large-scale enterprise environments
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 8 years of experience with:
- SDLC methodologies, including Agile and DevOps frameworks
- Enterprise change management frameworks and risk registers
- Technical transition reporting, dashboarding, and KPI development

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
