How you will create an impact

The AI Sandbox Product Owner plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of AI Sandbox solutions within the organization. This position bridges the gap between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and end users to deliver innovative and compliant AI products. The Product Owner will lead the development and enhancement of the AI Sandbox platform, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and user needs.

Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the AI Sandbox platform.

  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable user stories and product features.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, compliance, and UX to deliver high-quality product releases.

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize enhancements, and ensure timely delivery of features.

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement.

  • Ensure the AI Sandbox complies with industry standards, security protocols, and privacy regulations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing clear communication and guidance to stakeholders.

  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in AI and sandbox environments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership or management, preferably in AI, data science, or software development environments.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, sandbox architectures, and regulatory compliance in data-driven products.

  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical products.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the AI domain.

For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $210,000-$280,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
