Job DescriptionWe are looking for an AI/RPA Developer to join the Intelligent Automation - Scale & Quality team in Lisbon.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, particularly Generative AI. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions that interact with multiple third-party applications.
- Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using APIs and modern AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing RPA workflows to enhance automation efficiency and intelligence.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and produce functional documentation.
- Ensure software quality through best development practices, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.
- Monitor and optimize automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development with at least one leading platform:
- Blue Prism (strongly preferred)
- UiPath
- Automation Anywhere
- Experience working on AI-related projects, including:
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Development experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- C# / .NET
- Python
- Java
- Angular
- NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of software development best practices and modern development environments.
- Experience working with:
- Agile methodologies
- Git
- CI/CD tools
- Kubernetes
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and hybrid work environment.
Languages
- English: Professional working proficiency (spoken and written) - Mandatory
- French: Basic knowledge is a plus
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of RPA development experience
- Experience with at least one leading RPA platform (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Experience with Blue Prism
- Experience working on AI-related projects (Generative AI, RAG, NLP, ML)
- Development experience with C#, .NET, Python, Java, Angular, or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of software development best practices and modern development environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD tools, and Kubernetes
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and hybrid work environment
- English professional working proficiency (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of French
