As a computer vision research intern, you will push the current understanding of how advances in the research community can add value to real world applications.
You will bridge fundamental and applied research with concrete implementations for real-world problems in the defence domain.
Be part of a highly talented, boundary-pushing computer vision team and work with globally renowned AI experts.
You will work closely with a team based in Paris, but interact with a broader team all over Europe.
You will propose and evaluate different methodologies to improve mission-critical systems.
You will work as part of a team to deliver high-impact products.
Your work will contribute to one of the biggest European programmes.
Research relevant papers in Computer Vision.
Conceptualise application of state-of-the-art technologies and discuss them with the team.
Understand advantages and disadvantages of different approaches for our product.
Initiate and evaluate Deep Learning experiments.
Share results and findings in clearly understandable documents.
Contribute towards the implementation of the most promising concepts.
Have demonstrated theoretical and practical experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision (including Object Detection).
Are proficient in Python.
Have experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch, NumPy, OpenCV.
Have experience with software and infrastructure frameworks like Gitlab CI/CD.
Are able to work reliably and independently.
