The Role

In the role of AI Project Manager, you will work in the AI Project Management team and cooperate with multiple internal and customer teams to fine-tune project requirements and translate them into state-of-the-art setups and workflows using SuperAnnotate tooling and industry best practices. You will be responsible for direct customer communication and overseeing the delivery of pilot projects by working with various internal stakeholders to mitigate any risks related to the successful execution of the project.

Your Day

- Manage communication between the customer, the Sales team, the Service team, and other stakeholders during the pilot stage of projects.

- Assist customers with fine-tuning project requirements and documentation to ensure successful project execution.

- Collaborate with the Sales team for customer onboarding and set up their projects with the most efficient workflows.

- Interact directly with customers to address their critical business questions and needs.

- Execute and provide advice on innovative solutions for customers.

- Collaborate with Sales and Service Operations teams to design internal benchmarking of projects with complex use cases to define costing and quality metrics.

- Coordinate with internal teams to identify and manage risks related to pilot delivery.

- Conduct pilot project result analysis and create detailed reports for executive staff, the Sales team, and the customer.

- Identify and flag risks related to production planning to relevant stakeholders.

- Use the SuperAnnotate SDK, cloud integrations, and custom Python scripts to set up projects and customer data on the platform.

- Design and implement pipeline automations to optimize operational workflows through the use of the SuperAnnotate SDK API and intermediate-level Python code.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Solution Engineering teams to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.

- Maintain full knowledge of new and upcoming platform releases and functionalities to assess the best options for various project setups.

What’s Required to Get Started

- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing role

- Previous experience with Python at a basic to intermediate level

- Experience in working with global teams

- Fluency in English: written and verbal

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong teammate with a collaborative approach

- Ability to continuously enhance knowledge through training and e-learning courses to work with new tools, technologies, and solutions

- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Ability to work on multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail

- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Preferred Qualifications / Nice to have

- Experience with Javascript and other programming languages

- Experience in working with data labeling/editing tools
