Description
The AI Automation Specialist implements and operates AI-powered automations that streamline business and technical processes. The role focuses on practical execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-based automation workflows
- Integrate AI tools and LLMs into existing processes
- Monitor automations, handle exceptions, and optimize performance
- Support data processing, validation, and automated reporting
- Document workflows and ensure compliance with governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience with AI or LLM-based tools
- Experience with process automation or workflow tools
- Basic Python or scripting skills
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in automation or AI roles
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier
- Experience building AI-powered chatbots and conversational solutions
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based models
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational flow optimization
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience with structured and semi-structured data
- Familiarity with multi-platform integrations
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
