ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Data and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.
This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as a Project Manager for AI transformation. You will support the design and delivery of the LLM-based productivity tool.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the delivery and scaling of AI initiatives and use cases across multiple markets, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation.
- Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management to support the expansion and deepening of AI capabilities across the organisation.
- Coordinate with business, technology, data, and risk teams to ensure AI projects align with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting, maintaining clear communication across senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support the adoption and operationalization of AI solutions by collaborating with regional teams and ensuring consistency in execution across markets.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- At least 5 years' experience in project management, delivery management, or transformation roles within financial services and/or consulting.
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI-related initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder management within complex organisational environments.
- Experience delivering or supporting Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance processes and regulatory controls within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology functions.
- Self-starter with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
