About the Role
We are looking for a Data Senior Project Manager to be the key link between our Data, engineering and UX teams, ensuring that our recommendation systems and user discovery experience are optimized for engagement and growth. You’ll work closely with Machine Learning engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to drive innovation in content discovery.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Discovery roadmap together with the Product Team, ensuring users find the most relevant experiences on Fever through smart recommendations and intuitive UI.
- Work with Machine Learning, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize how content is surfaced to users (e.g., ranking algorithms, categorization, and personalization).
- Align with stakeholders from marketing, growth, and business teams to integrate insights and drive impact.
- Translate business needs into actionable product improvements, balancing data-driven decisions with user experience.
- Manage timelines, deadlines, and provide visibility into progress for all stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or AI-related projects.
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, personalization algorithms, and content ranking strategies.
- Experience collaborating with Data teams to build scalable AI-driven features.
- SQL knowledge is a must.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and data visualization tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business, data, and engineering.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on Discovery, Personalization, or Search-related products before.
