Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify and define AI projects that address their specific needs and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into innovative AI features and capabilities.
- Manage cross-functional projects, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Develop and execute project roadmaps that balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision.
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) or pilot projects to showcase the power of AI solutions and their potential business benefits.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Develop and deliver high-quality communication materials to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Travel domestically to customer sites as needed (up to 20% of working hours).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and managing AI/ML projects, including project scoping, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor equipment, processes, or yield management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
