The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development of AI solutions for manufacturing, analyze data, interact with customers, and collaborate with teams to design innovative products.

Develop robust AI/ML solutions for manufacturing, collaborating with scientists to build scalable infrastructure, optimizing ML systems, and ensuring code quality.

This role involves developing deep learning models for time-series prediction, conducting research, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own platform reliability for internal cloud and customer-managed environments: maintain Kubernetes/EKS clusters, monitoring, alerting, incident first-response, automation, capacity planning, CI/CD, and drive continuous improvement to keep Panoptes available, performant, and scalable.

Serve as the primary Help Desk owner for Panoptes VM in a customer-managed environment: triage and resolve tickets, coordinate deployments and change management, manage customer communication during incidents, build runbooks and knowledge base, and escalate to engineering only with reproducible context. Work aligns with Korean business hours and supports on-call customer communications for critical incidents.

Lead on-site AI engagements for semiconductor partners: scope and run POCs, translate fab workflows into scalable AI products, drive pilot-to-production rollouts, ensure adoption, and lead a small team of forward-deployed engineers while coordinating with cross-functional AI, data, and software teams.
