About the Team/Role
WEX is seeking a motivated and eager recent graduate to begin their career in programming, contributing to the implementation and support of our collaboration and conversational AI platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our newly formed AI & Productivity team, focused on developing innovative solutions to enhance internal processes and employee performance.
How you’ll make an impact

Gain experience in architecting solutions and integrating AI platforms with existing systems, working alongside senior programmers.

Develop skills in custom feature development and platform support, ensuring stability and scalability.

Contribute to the design and implementation of personalized, automated, and digital employee experiences.

Support the AI & Productivity team in identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements and developing new solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams and business users to gain exposure to diverse perspectives and real-world applications of AI solutions.

Provide user support and contribute to the improvement of employee experience through AI-powered tools.

Stay current with emerging AI and machine learning technologies.
Experience you’ll bring

BS/BA degree in technical/information science or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

Basic understanding of software and solutions engineering principles.

Familiarity with system integration concepts and best practices for security and performance.

Strong interest in artificial intelligence or machine learning.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
