  • Own the end-to-end AI roadmap for your vertical, aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Clinical teams, Leadership).

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights, including product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel), user feedback, and clinical research, to prioritize initiatives and validate hypotheses.

  • Define key metrics for feature adoption, effectiveness, and business impact, continuously iterating for optimal outcomes.

Execution & Delivery

  • Translate opportunities into actionable requirements

  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and maintainable.

  • Oversee launch and post-launch optimization of product features, ensuring quality, performance, and measurable impact.

  • Connect product initiatives to strategic business outcomes such as user retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

  • Serve as the product expert, communicating strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders across the business.

What are we looking for:
  • Deep interest in shaping impactful product features, with a strong drive to explore how ideas translate into meaningful user value.

  • Naturally curious about AI, actively seeking opportunities to enhance products and internal workflows through emerging technologies.

  • Strong commercial awareness, an interest in connecting AI opportunities to measurable business outcomes.

  • Ability to contribute to product strategy and feature prioritization, with a focus on long-term adoption and impact.

  • User-focused and insight-driven, leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform thoughtful product decisions.

  • Startup mindset - proactive, adaptable, and energized by working in fast-moving, evolving environments.

  • Location: Able to commute to our London office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
