Build and run a test-and-learn growth engine: run paid and organic acquisition experiments, convert clinic waitlists into active partners, build AI-powered tools and automations for lead gen and qualification, instrument and report performance, and work with commercial teams to scale repeatable acquisition playbooks for sleep or orthodontics.

Lead day-to-day operations across UK and US for Orthodontic and Sleep products, manage 50+ staff and team leads, drive AI adoption, hit SLAs, run capacity planning and supplier relationships, and translate leadership roadmaps into executable workstreams.

Lead and scale the Sales organisation for a Series A-B healthtech platform: own revenue, activation, retention and order frequency; build playbooks, hire and coach a high-performing team; drive data-led growth, cross-functional initiatives, and accurate senior reporting to meet ambitious targets.

Manage inbound patient leads for a network of Sleep Centres, guiding prospects from first contact to booked appointment. Conduct high-volume, trust-building conversations, maintain pipelines in HubSpot, use AI tools for outreach and follow-ups, run conversion experiments, and collaborate with clinical and product teams.

Support dentists and orthodontists across the case journey for 32Co, provide clinical support and problem resolution, identify improvements to scale the service, advocate for dentists' needs, and help design operational solutions in a fast-growing health-tech startup.
