As an AI Acceleration Product Manager in Digital Markets, you will play a pivotal role in automating the Structuring business globally. You will work closely with Structuring, Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Your focus will be on leveraging new technologies to enhance workflows, drive business outcomes, and foster a collaborative environment. You will help set the automation agenda, align it with business goals, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
Collaborate with structuring, trading, and sales teams to develop AI solutions and translate business requirements into scalable tools
Conduct research to generate innovative AI use cases for Markets businesses and workflows
Oversee product management activities including requirements gathering, project management, product delivery, and client experience
Build prototypes and Python-based tools to automate front-office tasks such as internal knowledge search, document automation, and workflow dashboards
Partner with Quantitative Research and Technology teams to integrate capabilities into strategic platforms
Help oversee multi-year strategic roadmaps, development, launch, and marketing of new capabilities
Assist in setting and aligning the automation agenda with business goals
Develop, contribute to, and take ownership of targets and opportunities
Ensure clear communication of program objectives and progress
Analyze industry trends and competitor landscape to deliver solutions that grow the business
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in structuring, trading, or quantitative roles
Proven data analysis skills
Product knowledge in derivatives, including standard options pricing models and structured investments
Demonstrable interest in financial markets and AI
