Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead and manage our AI-powered document assistant and data extraction solution, Prism. Prism utilizes generative AI and proprietary models to assist enterprises with document handling, streamlining data extraction, and improving overall operational efficiency. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for Prism, aligning it with company goals and customer needs in the financial services sectors. 
  • Understand the challenges faced by enterprise clients handling high volumes of financial documentation. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions. 
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product features, prioritize the backlog, and oversee the development of new capabilities for Prism. 
  • Leverage generative AI technologies to continuously improve Prism’s document management and data extraction functionalities, enhancing operational efficiency for clients. 
  • Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product objectives, timelines, and expectations. 
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product features or enhancements, ensuring successful adoption and high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to track the product's performance, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the product. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. 
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven products. 
  • Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle for enterprise solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and data extraction technologies, and their applications in financial services. 
  • Familiarity with financial documentation workflows is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira.
