We are currently looking for a creative, curious and AI obsessed Product Designer to join our Product Team in Barcelona, Spain.
This isn't a traditional design role. We want someone who thinks AI first, prototypes at lightning speed, and isn't afraid to push creative boundaries using the latest generative tools. You'll be the person who defines how AI transforms design at Oppizi from concept to delivery.
What’s Oppizi
Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand, Door-to-Door, and Direct Mail. We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others.
Job description
The ideal candidate lives and breathes AI augmented design. You use Figma Make before opening a blank canvas. You prompt Midjourney, Nano banana or any other AI tool before sketching. You iterate 20 concepts where others make 2. You're curious about every new AI tool that launches and you've already tried it by lunch.
We're looking for someone who sees AI not as a shortcut, but as a creative superpower. Someone who can maintain impeccable design quality while working at startup speed. Someone who documents their AI process as naturally as they document their design system.
Responsibilities
- Design core products
- Use Figma Make and AI daily for rapid prototyping and iteration
- Leverage generative AI tools for concept exploration, mood boards, and asset generation
- Maintain and evolve Oppizi's design system and brand guidelines in Figma
- Create multiple design variations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver visual assets on tight timelines
- Optimize designs based on performance data and A/B testing insights
- Produce motion graphics and simple animations for digital campaigns
- Stay current with emerging AI design tools and continuously integrate new capabilities into your workflow
- Document and share AI design best practices with the team
Requirements
Must-have Requirements
- 2+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Active daily use of at least 1 generative AI tools
- Proficiency with Figma Make or similar AI-to-design tools
- Strong prompt engineering skills for visual generation
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Fluent English (B2+ minimum)
- Curiosity-driven mindset, you explore and adopt new AI tools proactively
- Fast iteration speed, you're comfortable producing more concepts than a traditional designer
Nice to have Requirements
- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or other LLMs for design ideation and copywriting
- Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Rive)
- Portfolio demonstrating your AI augmented design workflow, not just polished finals, we would love to see the process and prompts
- Figma proficiency (components, auto-layout, variables, design systems)
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants (bonus, we love designers who code with AI!)
- Spanish language
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Knowledge of offline/direct marketing or performance marketing
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) as secondary tools
- 3D design basics (Blender, Spline)
