🚀 ¡Buscamos un/a Supervisor/a de Producción a cuarto turno para unirse a nuestro equipo!

🎯 Tu misión
Serás responsable de asegurar -y superar- los objetivos de las líneas asignadas, liderando y colaborando con los equipos de la Focus Factory y otras áreas de la organización. Identificarás oportunidades de mejora, impulsarás planes de acción y garantizarás la implantación de estándares que eleven el rendimiento. Además, tendrás un papel clave en el desarrollo del equipo a tu cargo.
🛠 Responsabilidades principales
  • Asegurar la máxima calidad del producto acabado mediante el cumplimiento de estándares y la monitorización de KPIs.
  • Cumplir los objetivos de producción y costes, impulsando la eficiencia operativa.
  • Fabricar la cantidad establecida por la Focus Factory, optimizando recursos.
  • Mantener equipos motivados y comprometidos.
  • Promover e implementar mejoras continuas (incluyendo yc, A3).
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad y Salud, liderando los comunicados de riesgo.

👤 A quién buscamos
  • Formación Superior, preferentemente del ámbito industrial.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión operacional (valorable en electrónica).
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en automoción.
  • Disponibilidad Cuarto Turno (3 semanas de Lunes a Sábado de Mañana y una semana de descanso- 3 semanas de Noche de Domingo a Viernes y una semana de descanso - 3 semanas de Tarde de Lunes a Sábado y una semana de descanso)
  • Se valorará formación o experiencia en:
    • Robots, atornilladores, averías.
    • Verificación EOL: conexión / programación / funcionamiento.
    • Cámaras, PLCs, resolución de errores de máquina.
    • Liderazgo de equipos, herramientas Lean (5S, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma), A3.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno rotativo (mañana/tarde/noche) y posibilidad de cuarto turno.

Skills Required

  • Higher education, preferably in industrial field
  • Minimum 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in electronics
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive sector
  • Availability for Fourth Shift
  • Experience with Robots, screwdrivers, troubleshooting
  • Experience with EOL verification: connection, programming, operation
  • Experience with cameras, PLCs, troubleshooting machine errors
  • Leadership experience and knowledge of Lean tools (5S, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma)
  • Availability for rotating shifts
