This role is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, designing scalable process improvements, and implementing AI-enabled automation solutions that improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee and vendor experience across finance processes.
Partnering closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, Treasury, and Shared Services, this individual will act as a bridge between business operations and technology solutions—leveraging data analytics, workflow automation, AI tools, Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies to modernize and continuously improve business processes.
This is not a transactional processing role. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in process improvement, automation, operational analytics, and finance transformation within complex or global business environments.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead process improvement and intelligent automation initiatives focused on scalability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Design and support AI-enabled solutions, workflow automations, and digital process enhancements across Finance Operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate pain points, and recommend technology-driven process solutions.
- Develop operational dashboards, KPI reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Utilize tools such as Oracle Fusion, OTBI, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and AI-enabled technologies to optimize workflows and reporting capabilities.
- Support automation lifecycle activities including process mapping, solution design, testing, implementation, documentation, and post-deployment optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, IT, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services teams to drive adoption of standardized and scalable processes.
- Assist in change management activities including user training, communication, UAT coordination, and rollout support for new tools and process enhancements.
- Monitor automation and process performance metrics to ensure expected business outcomes and continuous optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in process improvement, finance operations, shared services, business transformation, automation, or related operational analytics roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance operations and Procure-to-Pay workflows within complex business environments.
- Experience working with automation tools, AI-enabled technologies, or workflow solutions.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable process and technology solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across technical and non-technical teams.
