Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven AI-Powered Lead
Generation & Sales Support Specialist to help generate qualified business
opportunities through strategic prospecting, personalized outreach,
relationship building, and sales support.
This role goes beyond simply booking appointments. The ideal
candidate will actively engage prospects, nurture relationships, and help move
leads through the sales pipeline toward a successful close. Working closely
with the business owner, you'll support the sales process by maintaining
consistent communication, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring prospects
remain engaged.
As we transition into an AI-native business, you'll leverage
AI tools—primarily Claude—to enhance prospect research, personalized outreach,
follow-ups, and overall sales efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying new
opportunities, building relationships, and using AI to work smarter and deliver
measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
- Identify
and research qualified prospects that align with the ideal client profile.
- Build
and maintain targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, company websites, AI Sales Platform | Apollo.io - Outbound, Inbound
& Automation , and other online resources.
- Qualify
prospects before initiating outreach.
- Maintain
an organized and accurate prospect database.
- Continuously
identify new business opportunities.
Outreach, Relationship Building & Appointment Setting
- Execute
personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
- Conduct
consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and maintain engagement.
- Build
relationships with decision-makers through meaningful conversations.
- Schedule
qualified discovery calls and appointments.
- Maintain
a healthy and active sales pipeline.
Sales Pipeline Support
- Help
guide prospects through the sales process—not just to the appointment
stage, but toward becoming clients.
- Nurture
leads through ongoing communication until they are ready to make a buying
decision.
- Follow
up with prospects after meetings when appropriate.
- Identify
buying signals and communicate opportunities to the business owner.
- Support
the overall sales process by ensuring timely communication, engagement,
and follow-through.
CRM Management
- Maintain
accurate CRM records and prospect information.
- Update
lead stages, notes, and activities.
- Ensure
all interactions are properly documented.
- Generate
simple pipeline and activity reports as required.
AI-Assisted Workflow
- Use
Claude as the primary AI platform for prospect research, outreach
preparation, personalization, and workflow optimization.
- Utilize
ChatGPT and other AI tools where appropriate.
- Create
AI-assisted outreach messages and personalized communications.
- Continuously
explore AI-powered methods to improve efficiency and lead generation
performance.
- Stay
current with emerging AI tools and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous
experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development,
SDR/BDR, outbound sales, or a similar sales-focused role.
- Experience
nurturing prospects and supporting the sales process beyond appointment
setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent
written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong
relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Highly
organized with excellent time management.
- Self-motivated
with the ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented
with strong attention to detail.
AI Requirements
- Experience
using Claude is preferred.
- Experience
with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is acceptable, provided you're willing
and able to quickly become proficient with Claude, which will be the
primary AI platform.
- Understand
how AI can improve prospecting, research, outreach, follow-ups, and sales
workflows.
- Comfortable
working in an AI-first environment and eager to adopt new technologies.
