About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core team and drive the development of our cutting-edge AI platform, you'll help shape our technical foundation, architecture decisions, and engineering culture from the ground up.

What You Bring
Must have:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development
- Expert-level React, TypeScript, and JavaScript skills
- Experience with GenAI tools - prompting, AI-assisted development
- Proficiency with GenAI dev tools - Cursor, Copilot, or similar modern AI-powered development environments
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Experience building scalable systems and handling high-traffic applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/ML tools and modern development workflows
- Salesforce (SFDC) development experience
- Builder platform experience - platforms that enable others to build and create
- DevOps and infrastructure automation
- Previous startup or high-growth company experience
