Mission
We are looking for an AI Ops Engineer to drive internal AI leverage across FlowX.AI.
This is a high-impact role focused on building, deploying, and operating AI agents and automations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, People, and Operations. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to identify high-value workflows, rapidly ship solutions, and ensure they deliver measurable business impact.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Build and operate AI agents that automate high-value workflows across GTM and internal teams
- Partner directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities and turn them into production-ready solutions
- Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, RAG systems, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve agents in production
- Experiment with new AI technologies and frameworks to improve productivity and automation capabilities
- Collaborate closely with FlowX.AI’s Engineering and AI teams to leverage and extend our platform capabilities
Very likely you can be successful if you have
- Experience building production-grade AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, APIs, vector databases, and modern AI tooling
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to ship independently
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, MCP, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with sales and customer success workflows (MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger, Gap Selling)
- Experience building internal productivity or GTM-focused automations

Working model: Primarily office-based during onboarding, followed by a hybrid setup.
