Job Description:
You will own the core matchmaking, recommendation, and ranking systems from zero to production scale. As an early engineer, you will shape the algorithm that defines how users find connection, moving beyond swiping to a high-intent, single-match experience. You'll work directly with founders from Uber and Cash App in San Francisco.

What you will do:

  • Lead and grow a small technical team as the company expands its engineering footprint following its recent seed round.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record building and scaling user-facing recommendation or matching algorithms at a high-growth consumer company (e.g., Tinder, Instagram, Spotify).

  • Early-stage veteran who has joined a startup during its 0→1 phase and stayed to see their systems reach significant production scale.

  • Technical leader who has experience growing small teams and is passionate about solving deep personalization challenges for end-users.
