What we are looking for:

Nova's Global Corporate Division is looking for an AI Manager to lead the development and scaling of AI solutions across our organization. This role will define the AI roadmap, identify high-value use cases, manage AI initiatives, and ensure responsible, scalable AI adoption. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge in AI / machine learning with strong business understanding, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Role Responsibilities

What will you be doing:

  • Define and execute the organization’s AI roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases across functions such as operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, customer service, and R&D based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and implementation complexity. 
  • Build business cases for AI initiatives, including expected ROI, value drivers, cost assumptions, benefits, risks, and success metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end AI projects from ideation, proof of concept, pilot, deployment, and scaling.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with IT, data, cybersecurity, and business teams to integrate AI into existing systems and workflows.
  • Ensure data availability, quality, and governance for AI initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and feedback loops.
  • Monitor and optimize deployed AI solutions for business impact, adoption, cost, performance, scalability, and reliability, including cloud consumption, API/model usage, licensing, infrastructure, support effort, and vendor costs.
  • Guide the selection and use of AI platforms, machine learning tools, cloud services, and GenAI technologies.
  • Establish responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, privacy, security, and human oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and data governance standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, data, or digital transformation roles, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Experience building business cases for AI initiatives, including ROI, cost modeling, and value tracking.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
  • Practical experience with AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including several of the following: cloud AI services, copilots, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, computer vision, or AI-enabled business applications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business, IT, data, cybersecurity, legal/compliance, and external vendors.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or technology environment - an advantage.

Skills Required
