Key Responsibilities
● Support the design and development of AI agents and automation tools.
● Assist in training and testing machine learning and deep learning models using
frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
● Help build data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and transformation (ETL).
● Participate in developing APIs and integrating AI models into production systems.
● Work with Azure data technologies (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse) under guidance.
● Conduct research on emerging AI trends and contribute ideas for improvement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CX and business intelligence
systems.
Required:
● Strong programming knowledge in Python and familiarity with libraries like NumPy,
Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
● Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, deep learning, neural networks).
● Knowledge of SQL and data structures.
● Curiosity to learn about LLMs, agentic AI, and data pipelines.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
● Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
● Experience with APIs or full-stack tools (React, Node.js, Flask, Django).
● Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, or other AI frameworks is a plus.
