The PositionPrimary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
As the AI Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategy for AI & Digital innovative healthcare solutions while implementing digital solutions aligned with the specific disease’s or Access team’s business objectives. Improve patient outcomes and transform disease management practice by demonstrating and communicating the medical value of AI & Digital innovative solutions. This role involves close collaboration with medical affairs, CE (Customer Engagement) and Access teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful implementation of digital healthcare initiatives.
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1. Strategy and Digital Solution Implementation
Develop and deliver the disease area (or function)-based strategy for AI & Digital innovative healthcare solutions.
Implement digital solutions to align with specific customer facing team’s business objectives.
2. Clinical Value Demonstration and Communication
Improve patient outcomes and transform disease management practice by demonstrating and communicating the clinical/business value of AI & Digital Innovations.
3. Innovative Technology and Therapy Access
Broaden the availability of innovative technologies (e.g., digital tools, AI, ML, DL) and therapies tailored to individual patients’ specific disease profiles or the healthcare system’s unmet needs.
4. External Scientific Leadership
Reinforce Roche’s external position as an innovation leader in the increasingly competitive and evolving Innovative Healthcare Solution landscape.
5. Compliance and Governance
Ensure strict adherence to the company’s corporate policies, SOP, and local regulations for all initiatives.
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
1. Master degree or above in life sciences, medicine, or data science, i.e. an MBA, or equivalent combination of scientific and business education/experience is helpful, such as strategy consulting experience
2. >3 years’ experience in medical affairs, marketing, business development, digital innovation in multinational company
