Dash Technologies Inc is building RATIFAI — a MedTech intelligence and execution platform purpose-built for medical device companies. RATIFAI deploys thousands of AI agents across every critical function of the business: finance, quality, regulatory, clinical, operations, and beyond.
Where traditional software shows you what happened, RATIFAI tells you what it means — and then gets the work done. Our agents don’t just surface insights, they execute: drafting documents, triaging issues, closing month-end tasks, screening literature, flagging compliance risks, and routing decisions to the right people at the right time. The result is a leaner, faster organization running at a level of productivity that wasn’t possible before AI.
We’re in stealth, early, and moving fast. The platform is live with customers, the agent network is growing, and we’re building the team that will help define how AI transforms the medical device industry.
THE ROLE
You’ll start by owning our first customer engagement end-to-end — sitting with stakeholders to understand what they need, translating that into agent requirements, writing and refining prompts, testing outputs, and relaying structured feedback to our engineering team in India. You’ll work day-to-day with our CEO and have strategic direction from RATIFAI’s CTO.
This isn’t just a PoC role. Once the initial engagement is live, you become the person who drives the platform forward from the customer’s perspective — identifying what’s working, what needs to improve, and what to build next. As we bring on additional customers, you’ll own those relationships too, building a repeatable playbook for how RATIFAI deploys and delivers value.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a small team. You won’t just coordinate — you’ll actively shape how our agents behave and how the product evolves.
GROWTH PATH
This role starts with hands-on implementation and grows with the company. As RATIFAI scales, you’ll move from executing deployments to owning the customer success function — becoming the internal voice of the customer and eventually leading the team that delivers value across our entire customer base.
YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
- Complete the first customer PoC and deliver a clean handoff to a paid engagement
- Document a repeatable agent requirements and deployment playbook
- Establish a reliable feedback loop between the customer and our engineering team in India
- Have a working understanding of RATIFAI’s agent architecture and be able to write and iterate on prompts independently
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Phase 1 — First Customer PoC
- Engage with customer stakeholders (C-suite level) to understand workflows, pain points, and what “good” looks like for each AI agent
- Translate business context into clear, structured agent requirements — data inputs, expected outputs, edge cases
- Write, test, and iterate on prompts; own the quality of agent outputs through the pilot
- Create actionable briefs for our engineering team in India and follow through to resolution
- Bridge the ~10.5-hour time gap between Dublin, OH and India — you’ll have deep focus hours during the US day and a tight async window with engineering in the morning and evening
Phase 2 — Platform Advancement & Customer Growth
- Become the voice of the customer internally — identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and advocate for features that drive real value
- Work with our CEO to translate domain expertise and customer feedback into the product roadmap
- Own onboarding and implementation for new customers as RATIFAI scales
- Build and refine the deployment playbook so each new engagement is faster and higher quality than the last
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have
- 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role — implementation, solutions consulting, business analysis, or customer success at a SaaS or enterprise tech company
- Comfortable with AI/LLM tools — you’ve used ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for real work and understand how prompting affects outputs
- Strong written communication — crisp requirements docs, clear async messages to engineers, polished summaries for executives
- Organized and self-directed — this is a startup; you’ll create your own structure
- Located in or willing to commute daily to Dublin, OH
Nice-to-have
- Background in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries — familiarity with 510(k), FDA compliance, quality systems, or post-market surveillance is a real advantage
- Experience with data analytics, BI tools, or structured business data
- Familiarity with project coordination tools (Asana, Linear, Notion, Jira)
- Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is not a pure sales role, a coding role, or an admin role. You need enough technical fluency to have credible conversations with engineers and enough business sense to navigate a C-suite customer. If you’ve done implementation at a B2B software company and you’re genuinely excited about AI, this is a strong fit.
WHY JOIN NOW
- Ground-floor opportunity — you’ll be the first dedicated implementation hire
- Direct exposure to enterprise AI deployment in a regulated, high-stakes industry
- Work directly with the CEO and CTO — no layers, high visibility
- Real ownership from day one, with a clear path to leading customer success as we grow
Skills Required
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, solutions consulting, business analysis, or customer success at a SaaS or enterprise technology company
- Experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for real work and understanding how prompting affects outputs
- Strong written communication skills for requirements documents, asynchronous engineering communications, and executive summaries
- Ability to work in an organized, self-directed manner in a startup environment
- Located in or willing to commute daily to Dublin, Ohio
- Background in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries, including familiarity with 510(k), FDA compliance, quality systems, or post-market surveillance
- Experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools, or structured business data
- Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Asana, Linear, Notion, or Jira
- Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams
