Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and trends to create AI-driven solutions that personalise and optimise the customer journey.
  • Leverage AI to automate processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the efficiency of internal operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret large datasets for actionable insights and AI applications.
  • Identify opportunities for AI integration across various business functions, including customer service, finance, and feedback analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to ensure we are leveraging cutting-edge technology.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products and services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI or machine learning roles.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modelling techniques.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and computer vision (a plus).
  • Expertise in using AI to drive business outcomes, particularly in customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, data cleaning, and data preprocessing.
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively and translate technical concepts into business impact.
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
