In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Develop, maintain, and design an agentic AI platform with scalable software architectures, aimed at integrating advanced functionalities in the fields of Data, AI, and Analytics, optimizing the orchestration and performance of intelligent agents.
- Develop and integrate data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data, including connections to relational and vector databases, and implement AI models (LLMs, fine-tuning, prompting) tailored to specific business use cases.
- Manage AI solutions end-to-end in production, including interdisciplinary collaboration, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure reliability, security, compliance, and clear technical documentation.
What skills are we looking for?
- Advanced knowledge of Python and libraries for integrating LLMs and AI agents (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.), with experience in orchestration techniques, agent chains, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience in developing APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and integrating them with existing systems.
- Experience with vector databases (MongoDB, Pinecone, Milvus) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL).
- Knowledge of container-based architecture (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployment of AI applications.
- Version control management (Git) and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for training, deploying, and managing AI models in production.
- Basic data engineering skills, including pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and integration with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Ability to fine-tune LLM models on proprietary data and apply advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience in AI security and compliance, including data protection techniques and AI governance.
- Familiarity with serverless infrastructures and cloud cost optimization.
- Experience in optimized vector search and techniques for compression/quantization of AI models.
