About the Role:We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and support scalable AI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases. This role sits within the AI Engineering function and contributes to translating business needs into production-grade AI systems under guidance, with a primary focus on LLM-based solutions (e.g., ChatGPT/OpenAI) while maintaining flexibility to integrate emerging AI platforms.You will work closely with AI Enablement, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact AI capabilities that improve productivity and drive measurable business outcomes.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Design and implement AI-powered workflows and applications with guidance from senior team members using LLMs (ChatGPT/OpenAI, and future platforms)
Build and maintain components of agent-based systems, orchestration layers, and prompt frameworks
Develop APIs and services to integrate AI into enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, internal tools, data platforms)
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using enterprise data sources
Contribute to building solutions are modular, reusable, and scalable

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $81,000.00-$111,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.Skills Required
