Advises business partners on contractual risks, supports the contract management system, protects proprietary technology, assists with Legal financial requisitions, researches legal issues, and coordinates with attorneys and clinical teams. The role also provides contract-system training and requires independent judgment, strong corporate legal knowledge, collaboration, organization, and deadline management.

Provides corporate legal advice, risk guidance, and transactional support to business partners in a biopharmaceutical company. Drafts and negotiates confidentiality, services, clinical research, licensing, collaboration, and vendor agreements. Supports corporate transactions, compliance processes, legal templates, outside counsel management, and cross-functional initiatives involving clinical development, business operations, AI, IT, and data governance. Requires practical judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex legal priorities independently.

Lead statistical programming efforts, mentor a team, manage vendor selection, ensure compliance with industry standards, and oversee project resources.

Leads the enterprise Ethics and Compliance investigations program, including hotline governance, case intake, risk-based triage, complex investigations, corrective actions, metrics, and organizational improvements. Oversees executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, scientific recruiting, employer branding, recruiting operations, and talent intelligence. Modernizes recruiting through AI and automation, builds high-performing teams, ensures compliant and inclusive hiring, and delivers scalable talent pipelines and measurable hiring outcomes.

Leads complex IT audit and advisory engagements across cybersecurity, cloud, AI, privacy, controls, and third-party risk. Oversees scoping, testing, reporting, remediation, and audit planning while mentoring engagement teams and advising senior technology and business leaders. Advances data analytics, automated testing, continuous monitoring, and AI-enabled audit methods. Supports broader compliance, financial, and operational audits and contributes technology-risk expertise to enterprise risk assessments.
