Skills Required
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with LLM or AI-enabled features
- Working Python with async patterns
- FastAPI
- Pydantic v2
- pytest
- Experience building and deploying services on AWS (Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway)
- Production experience consuming LLMs (Claude via Amazon Bedrock or the Anthropic API) and building basic RAG/agent features
- Production experience with a data layer (Redis, DynamoDB, Postgres/Aurora) via async SQLAlchemy
- Identity and application security fundamentals (JWT/OAuth, secrets management)
- Containerized delivery (Docker/ECS) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with evolving requirements (soft skill)
- Data warehouse engineering (Snowflake)
- NoSQL / document databases (MongoDB)
- Frontend / web UI development (React 19, TypeScript)
- Familiarity with agent tooling (MCP, LangChain/LangGraph)
