Lead end-to-end AppExchange managed-package development for CaseCloud: architecture, Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP/MCP), CI/CD, security review, testing, and mentoring, using AI-assisted development throughout the SDLC.

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on Machine Learning model development, data management, model deployment, and staying updated on NLP advancements.

Perform pre-employment verifications by contacting employers, schools, boards and databases to confirm employment, education, licenses and references. Document findings, analyze documents, prepare accurate screening reports, meet production and quality targets, and conduct virtual I-9 Section 2 meetings.
