👨‍🔬 About the role

As the Senior AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI strategy and architecture of our cutting-edge fintech compliance platform..

In this role, you’ll design and deploy scalable machine learning models, oversee model governance and explainability, and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI seamlessly into our platform. You’ll also set technical direction, mentor a growing AI team, and ensure our AI solutions meet the highest industry standards for accuracy, fairness, and compliance.

👨‍🔬 In this role you will

• Help design AI Strategy & Development – Define and drive the AI roadmap for our compliance platform.

• Ensure Model Explainability & Compliance – Develop transparent and interpretable AI solutions that meet regulatory standards.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with engineers, data scientists, and compliance experts to integrate AI into the platform.

• Optimize AI Performance – Improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in a high-stakes financial environment.

• Stay Ahead of AI Trends – Research and implement the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and anomaly detection.

• Mentor & Guide the Team – Be the lead and mentor a growing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Drive AI Governance & Ethics – Establish best practices for bias mitigation, model validation, and responsible AI use.
  

📖 Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.

• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.

• 2 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
  

📖 Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• 3 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, and/or debugging

• 3 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.

• Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.

• 2 years of experience with LLMs and training.
